The clothing was designed with "manta" a traditional Textile from de Andes characterized by its vibrant colors and patterns.
They reflect the different folk customs of Peru. The figurine depict the Cholitos or country people of Peru wearing their traditional clothes. Peruvian traditional clothing, in general, is colorful and unique. Peruvian women are easily distinguished from other South American ethnic groups by their bright and beautifully decorated hats also know as "Montera". Her partner is lying down holding a wooden flute, an ancient musical instrument known as "Flauta".
